from Premier Institutes like XLRI & TISS
Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Post Graduate
Degree with 4-8 years of experience. Prior experience
in IT is desirable but not mandatory
Skills Required:
Responsible for managing a Business Unit with
approx. strength of 100 employees and a team of
2-4
Responsible for employee engagement and retention
– this includes periodic meetings with employees,
analyzing trends, design and implementation of interventions
and attrition management
Responsible for managing employee cost and HR
budget for the Business Unit
Responsible for employee renewal and growth
Responsible for creating HR systems, processes
and policies
Responsible for timely communication to the employees
and HR Administration
4-5 years maintaining large networks. Deploying various
OS, routers, networking. Installing and Managing UNIX
based network. Performance tuning. Designing Network.
Managing Client projects. Firewall/Security expertise
is added advantage.
Skills Required:
Should have handled a set up minimum of 200 developers
in a similar type of industry. Should be capable
of designing Network and compute infrastructure
and implementing the same. Should have extensively
worked on LAN & WAN environment. Should have
handled information security (optional) should have
been responsible for "IT Teams" Deliverables.
Should have worked extensively on Solaris/Linux
environment
