Our array of licensable solutions in the areas of hardware subsystem design, DSL, 3G/UMTS, GSM-GPRS helps our partners leverage our vast experience to achieve business goals and objectives. If needed, we also collaborate on joint IP development projects that leverage the power of pooled resources and intellectual capital.

Business Model

In the emerging market for wireless devices, time-to-market has become critical, customisation and differentiation requirements are of growing importance and critical mass is also a key to success.

We take complete end to end responsibility and deliver "box-built" products on OEM/ODM basis in order to manage the production of our designs on a "volume based commitment" only.

We also intend to license our designs to Semiconductor Manufacturers. These silicon companies then sell their chips to wireless device manufacturers. GISIL receives a mixture of licence fees and chipset royalties from its semiconductor partners.
