To be truly effective, sound governance practices and strong ethical norms must be embedded in the culture and operations of the organization. In order to enable the management to carry out their responsibilities effectively, the Board has adopted a number of policies and procedures that play an important role in assuring that we maintain our standards. Such documents and procedures are reviewed periodically and amendments made when necessary, to ensure and achieve good corporate governance.
